Double Stuffed

Our house needed some warming up... so with the excuse of needing to turn on the oven, I made these.
Homemade Oreos. Double stuffed {of course}.
Evil? You better believe it!
They were delicious... notice how the pile is uneven...yup. So good.

Sarah loved them too.

Can you tell?
Wha? There something on my face?

After Sarah was done with her cookie I asked her to go into the kitchen and clean herself up. After a few minutes of listening to the water run, I told Sarah she was done and to turn off the water. No response.
I asked her again... still, no response.
A little annoyed that she wasn't listening, I asked what she was doing in there.
She told me happily, oblivious to my irritation, that she was just doing the dishes.
 Awe, how cute is that?
Of course I immediately felt guilty for getting irritated.

PS - yes, those are Sarah's pjs... it was a jammie day... and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

***NEW***
Here is how you make the Homemade Oreos.
Are you ready... they are really hard.
1 box devils food cake mix
1/2 - 3/4 cup of oil (I used 1/2 cup)
2 eggs
Tub of cream cheese frosting

Mix cake mix, oil and eggs in large bowl. Roll in to balls a little larger than a quarter and place on cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Cookies can be crumbly, so once they are well cooled put the frosting between two cookies and ENJOY!!!

Mmm....those look delicious! I love homemade Oreos. We have jammie days FAR more than I care to admit. :) Some days I only dress Brielle since she has to go to school.

It's funny that you warmed up the house by baking! I'm guilty of that too. I LOVE homemade oreos too.
