Those look great, but I'm on the edge of my seat about the "fiasco". We're going to do caramel apples on Saturday for our combined birthday party (mine, Paul's, and Andrew's are all in October). I hope to learn something from your post before I do them myself.
(They look beautiful btw. I bet Martha Stewart would be proud of you. It's one thing to make them delicious, and another to make them look pretty too.)
yum - those are my favorite kind! (We call them streusel apples, but they look like they're the same - caramel, white chocolate, cinnamon sugar, right?)
They're beautiful Liz! I only got 2 good ones out of my 4 and I'm not sure how everybody else turned out in the end, cause by the time we finished up decorating them it was time for everybody to leave. GOOD WORK!!!

That's my very favorite kind of apple. LOVE them. Plus, it's the perfect treat this time of year. That and pumpkin bread. mmmmm.
